List of Top 10 Most Anticipated Anime of 2022
10. The Eminence in Shadow ( Best anime 2022 )

Syndrome of the eighth-grader Those words conjure up images in your mind, perhaps of a time in the past that you regret looking back on, perhaps of that one classmate who just doesn’t get you, perhaps you’re all like Sid Gargano, once drowning in imaginations and dreaming of being the mastermind behind heroes and villains reborn as a noble in a world of magic after a mandatory visit from Trotcon, Sid seeks to put his dreams to the test by attracting dames and recruiting
The Eminence in Shadow appears to be an intriguing town that combines elements of faction building with good old over-the-top Tunibio. It may appear a little strange at first, but I believe it has the potential to be the season’s hidden success thanks to its charismatic star.
9. Summertime Render ( Best anime 2022 )

Don’t be fooled by the cover image; I was duped into believing this was one of those coming-of-age stories, and I couldn’t be more incorrect.
So, what is Summertime Render? What if I told you it’s a shonen jump series that’s a little darker than the normal shonen fare and plays with the concept of time loops? Would you be surprised? Shin bay ajiro doesn’t have an amazing existence until one of the gofune sisters with whom he used to live, ushio, dies in an alleged drowning. However, upon examining the bruises on the sister’s body, ushio suspects foul play.
He knows something is wrong since he has a vision from Ushio herself. Shifting shadows crawl across the island, and it will require massive effort to save everyone with Mio and others. With its emphasis on time loops and such, fans of re zero and edge of tomorrow will no doubt find something to enjoy here. If you’re into mystery thrillers that quickly end up giving you a lot of fighting and action you should add this to your plan to watch list.
8. Tokyo Twenty Fourth Ward ( Best anime 2022 )

A special sector far east special district, also known as 24th ward, is located past Tokyo Bay. Their three childhood friends grew up together despite their differences, but their relationship changes after an incident a year later when their phones all ring at the same time, it’s a call from a longtime friend who has allegedly died, and the phone call leaves them with one instruction: choose the future. Reunited under a new mission, the three seek to protect the 24th ward.
original animation by cloverworks here we go is it just me or does tokyo 24th ward somehow give off our ohana vibes that or one direct priority although this time I can see this growing into more of an action thriller that may be a sleeper smash of the season january just can’t arrive soon enough
7. Requiem of the Rose King ( Best anime 2022 )

The requiem of the rose king is a series loosely based on shakespearean works henry vi and richard iii born a cursed noble richard grapples with self-identity possessing both male and female characteristics born a cursed noble richard grapples with self-identity possessing both male and female characteristics born a cursed noble richard grapples with self-identity possessing both male and female characteristics
Despite his father’s affection for him, he finds himself the object of derision from his mother, leading to a childhood of bitterness. As he grows older, Richard begins to believe that he might find salvation by guiding his father to the throne.
With the War of Roses in full force, however, opponents abound, including none other than jean-dark herself. Will Richard bring his family to glory or will he drag them down into the depths of the abyss? As Vanitas has shown us, dark fantasy will always have its fair share of fans. For those who enjoy classic literature or dramatic shows with a dash of supernatural drama, this is something worth keeping an eye on.
6. Uzumaki:Spiral into Horror ( Best anime 2022 )

People used to say things like if you haven’t read Uzumaki, you haven’t experienced Japanese horror. Now, almost a decade later, I’m not sure if such claims can still be justified. One thing is for sure, Uzumaki is one of the most notable horror manga I’ve ever read, and it’s due for an anime adaptation, which we’ll be getting in the fall of 2022. The principle is straightforward.
Actually, it’s a story about strange events involving spirals, which, as one might expect, gradually escalates into an obsession with the shape, which is only the prelude to an entire town spiraling into madness. Having read the story in manga form, I believe that one of the biggest selling points for uzumaki is the art. Juji Ito is a master of horror, and it shows with how disturbing and spine chilling the illustrations are with a relatively short story compared to the typical manga
5. Bubble ( Best anime 2022 )

Bubble, yep, that’s the title, is an original anime project set to premiere on Netflix, but when was the last time you saw an anime project generate so much hype for doing so little? It’s not blowing up the internet viral, but I’ve seen some exciting chattering related to bubble since the trailer was released.
Who can blame them, right? There is a lot to be excited about the parkour scene looks nothing short of awesome and it appears that this is a movie that will bring the feels certainly a welcome addition to 2022’s anime lineup with urobuchi sawano and araki all involved that’s quite the all-star lineup you’ve got there bringing together some of the people involved in beloved anime masterpieces like the attack on titan psycho pass fate zero and more and it’s by wit to boot there is a lot to be excited about
4. Hell’s Paradise:Jigokuraku ( Best anime 2022 )

For someone tired of this world’s killing and betrayal, what greater curse could there be than immortality betrayed ninja gabimaru the hollow thought he’d accepted his fate yet death refuses to take a hold of him owning to his subconscious desire to live and return to his wife in exchange executioner as Simon comes to the ninja with a proposal to gain pardon he’s to join an expedition to an island south of Japan in search of the mythical E.
Will Gabimaru and his ragged group of thieves survive and gain freedom against dangers far bigger than any man has seen lurking on that island? The notion is intriguing, and I found myself taking up the manga and reading a significant portion of it. What I like best about this story is that it’s not just a simple good vs. evil action story; it goes beyond that with characters who may not be as bad as their reputation suggests. Come in for the action and adventure; leave amazed by the good characterization sums up my reading experience, and I can’t wait to see it animated.
3. Blue Lock ( Best anime 2022 )

Blue Lock is in third place, and it’s about time we got another one of those gritty sports anime, and blue locks is there to fill that void. The titular blue locks is a prison-like facility built with the sole purpose of finding Japan’s next national team strike up from a pool of hundreds of participants, only one will be chosen, and the rest will be barred from joining the team for the rest of their lives.
Yoichi is one of the prospects, a striker dealing with doubts fueled by an unselfish play that cost his team the nationals. Seeing the blue lock project as an opportunity to clear his mind, he enters the facility with the goal of capturing glory as the start of the national team.
Oh, and their superpowers, too. Reality doesn’t work that way, so the series instead takes a more cynical approach, focusing on themes of ego and selfishness. While I don’t automatically associate cynical and dark with good, the series has a lot to keep you entertained. The characters end up being interesting and difficult to predict, and it’s up to you to decide how you view them given their circumstances. You don’t often see psychology and athletics combined as a genre, but blue lock is your best bet if you want to see one done well.
2. Spy X Family ( Best anime 2022 )

Spy X Family is our second most anticipated anime for 2022. How could I have forgotten about this even before it became an anime? I’ve heard a lot of people talk about it, so imagine the collective cheers of joy when an anime was finally announced for the sake of world peace there’s no hurdle twilight won’t jump over. However, that statement just had to be put to the test with his latest assignment, which is to investigate the politician’s dodgy dealings. Get married, have a child, and engage in family twilight activities.
assuming the alias Lloyd Forger adapts his family fast, but it soon becomes clear that the rest of his adapted family has their own secret natures. What happens when a secret agent, an assassin, and a kid who can read people’s minds team up to pursue their goals while posing as an ordinary loving family? Now, this is a comedy I can get behind. I love how it seamlessly blends action and comedy thanks to the absurd setup and scenarios that can quickly turn into thrilling sequences. This could be the anime for you if you like mystery and Mr. Smith-type storylines. It also has a lot of wholesome and relatable moments for an adult male like me, which is always a plus.
1. Chainsaw Man ( Best anime 2022 )

Was it a surprise that Chainsaw Man came out on top? Everyone can’t get enough of chainsaw man, and its announcement was probably one of the major events this past few months people went crazy for this upcoming show, and I’m already calling it the mainstream hit of its season now for the uninitiated here’s what it’s all about chainsaw man stars denji, who has outlived his usefulness, finds himself betrayed and slain by the same devils who are in cahoots with the yakuza,
He joins the public safety bureau as one of the hunters. It’s also extremely dark in comparison to most shonen jump titles, and it’ll undoubtedly be a great addition to its list of more cynical series like death note and the aforementioned summertime render. However, talking about it doesn’t do it justice, so make sure to watch it when it comes out.
